The NCM-X is a centralized control and management platform for the NetAccess™ product family. The Central Manager aggregates NetAccess™ gateways and supports independent "contexts", allowing network administrators to manage multiple, independent networks as single integrated systems. Logical groups can have configurable Products, Portals, and Billing methods. NetAccess™ Central Manager also permits unique configurations or "overrides" for specific devices.
The NCM-X platform allows tiered permissions levels and roles for different management applications. As an example support staff could be only be given read access to critical configuration components of the system, while at the same network engineers could have complete control. The enhanced management GUI offers a new level of customizable service and configuration not available on stand alone NetAccess™ devices.
